LEWIS CLEMENS, JR.

Lewis Clemens, Jr., 60, of Tracy, Mo., formerly of Weston, Mo., passed away, Wednesday, January 11, 2006.

He was born on November 23, 1945 to James Lewis and Harriet J. (Pischer) Clemens in Weston, Mo., where he grew up and graduated from high school. He then served his country in the U.S. Army. After his honorable discharge he returned to the Weston area and in 2001 moved to the Platte City area.

Lewis was an independent trucker for Forward-Air , Kansas City, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son; Darrin T. Clemens, twin brothers; David Wayne Clemens and Orville Payne Clemens and sister; Mary J. Larison.

Lewis is survived by a son; Kevin Clemens, Kansas City, Mo., two grandchildren; Cody and Tanya Clemens, a ?daughter at heart?; Cassie Hughes, Blue Springs, Mo., sister; Alnoma Grame and husband Jerry, Platte City, Mo., several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE AND INURNMENT: 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 21, 2006, at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Weston, MO.
