Leroy Beshears, Jr.

Leroy Beshears, Jr., 69 of Agency, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2010.

He was born on April 22, 1941 to Leroy and Verna (Mauer) Beshears in St. Louis, Missouri. Leroy grew up and graduated from High School in Seattle, Washington.

Leroy worked as a maintenance operator for Monsanto Chemical plant in Seattle for many years and in 1993 he was transferred to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After his retirement he moved to Missouri where he married his true love. On November 19, 2003 he was united in marriage to Kathleen Boulware and they made their home in Agency.

He attended the First Baptist Church of Gower. Leroy was an avid fisherman and had a love for motorcycles, guitars and a deep love and appreciation for his wife.

Leroy was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Deloris Holbrook and his first wife.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; children, Jacqueline Jean Sanford and husband, Kelvin, Lorraine Ray Bush and husband, Jackson, Cathline Ann Beshears, Mark Leroy Beshears and Wesley Brian Beshears; grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Jenkins, Deziree Jean Love, Damien Eugene Williams, Heather Nichole Patenotte, Kasia Trish Strong, Martin Leroy Strong, James Wesley Strong, and Janelle Ashley Strong; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 21^st at the First Baptist Church, Gower with visitation from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.

Burial: Mt. Bethel Cemetery, Weston, MO
