I am very sorry to learn about Larry’s passing. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend the funeral, but Glenna and I want to express our sympathy to the family. We were fellow members of the Class of 1967. I had seen Larry on a couple of occasions in recent years, and it was great to visit and reminisce with him. He was a good person, and he will be missed.

Larry was a great man and he will definitely be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Josh, and the girls. Life won’t be the same without him, but know he is no longer in pain and has probably already found a golf game to play in Heaven. I won’t be able to make it to the service but if you need anything at all just call.

I am so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. Larry and I were in the same class and did many things together, most notably played ping pong, shot pool and played cards. My parents thought the world of him and he uplifted their spirits when he visited them in the nursing home. When I went to Connecticut to enter graduate school, Larry had to report to Fort Dix in New Jersey. We drove out together, straight through, sharing the driving. We spent the night in New York City. Larry was a wonderfully warm individual with a great sense of humor. He will be missed. My deepest sympathies to his family. Jim Neely

What do I say to you upon the death of your Dad? I haven’t seen your dad for years. When we reconnected before our 5oth reunion it was like we had never had so many years apart. We reminisced and we hugged, and recalled stories of old. I visited him after the reunion, and we recalled some of our times as we were growing up. His greatest request he wanted was to tell his parents how sorry he was for not appreciating them when he was younger. He was some one who I wish I was like. He was forgiving, loving and truly a great friend. I wish I had kept in contact with him sooner than we did. I will miss him. Having lost my mother a year ago all I can say to you is it take a long time to deal with your loss. I was unable to attend his visitation or his funeral as I had the flu. I wish you fond memories of you dad, and know he loved you. May he rest in peace.

What is there to say about this amazing man? He was one of the best men I have ever met. Loving. Honest. Hard working. Truthful. Caring. And loved his son and granddaughters more than anything. He would always tell me how proud he was of his son. And how much he loved him. There wasn’t any denying if he didn’t like you or something you did that he didn’t like. He would always tell you how he saw it. Whether you wanted to hear it or now. I got to spend many hours just talking with him. He was very wise. And had the best advice. I loved him like a dad. He was truly amazing. My hugs and prayers to his family. Love you all!
