Larry F. Glossip, passed away, Tuesday, October 30, 2012 as the result of a vehicle accident.
He was born on November 7, 1944 in Kansas City, MO. He attended school in the Kansas City area and graduated from North Kansas City High School.
On September 28, 1996 he was united in marriage to Barbara Ann Willis. After their marriage they lived near Smithville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lindley Vinson Glossip
Larry is survived by his wife, Ann of the home; three children, Valerie Giltner-Magill, Gladstone, MO, David Glossip and wife Jenna, Kansas City, MO, Darla Juergensen and husband Fred, Walt Willis, San Diego, CA and Amy Weber and husband Rodney, Kansas City, MO; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; mother, Lucille Glossip;
three brothers, Frank Glossip, Gladstone, MO, Vince Glossip, Laguna Niguel, CA, Jimmy Marcum, Cameron, MO; two sisters Patty Ashley and husband Mark, Topeka, KS, and Anita Branson and husband Noland, Cameron, MO.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 2nd at Paradise Baptist Church
Burial: Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City, MO
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 1st at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville.
