Katherine (Greaves) Plummer
Katherine (Greaves) Plummer, 86 of rural Plattsburg, MO and Tulsa, OK passed away, Sunday February 3, 2013 at her home near Plattsburg.
She was born on February 11, 1926 to George Schuster and Emily E. (Newman) Greaves near Plattsburg on the family farm where she passed away.
On August 3, 1948 she was united in marriage to John William Plummer. After their marriage they lived in Kansas City. In 1967 they moved to Tulsa, OK. After John’s retirement she returned to Plattsburg to take care of her brother. Her husband, John, passed away in 1991.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John William Plummer in 1991, two brothers, Robert Alexander Greaves and George Wayne Greaves.
She is survived by her son, Michael Brent Plummer, daughter, Janet Sue Cottrell and husband James; two grandchildren, Lindsey Kristen Cottrell and Evan Todd Cottrell; one great-granddaughter, Evelyn Jon Cottrell, all of Owasso, OK; other relatives and many friends.
Private family services and inurnment will be held at a later date.

Katherine was a wonderful, longtime friend of mine and will be missed. We can be grateful that she is at peace; no more pain.
