Julian H. Sharp
Julian H. Sharp, 75, of Smithville, MO, passed away, Tuesday, November 4, 2008.
He was born on April 5, 1933 to John Estel and Hattie (Rose) Sharp in Smithville, MO, where he grew up and graduated from Smithville High School.
Julian retired from KC Fiberglass in Kansas City, Kansas after over 20 years of service. After his retirement he stayed on the family farm in rural Smithville, where he enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing and various outdoor activities. He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.
Julian was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, J.C. Sharp and sister, Jeanette Ziegler.
He is survived by two brothers, Alden Sharp and wife, Norma, Smithville, MO, and Norman Sharp and wife, Mildred, Raytown, MO ; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 8th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home in Smithville, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Burial: Second Creek Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to National Rifle Association.
