Judge Stubbs
Judge Caroleton Stubbs, 84, of Agency, MO passed away, August 17, 2026.
He was born on June 18, 1942 to J.C. and Betty Lou (Mullendore) Stubbs in Kansas City, MO. He grew up in rural Platte County and graduated from North Platte High School in 1960 where he was active in FFA, 4-H, and excelled in football and basketball.
In 1963 he married Sandra K. Ball. They lived in the Dearborn area where they raised their two sons. In 2004 he married Anita (Heitman) Westfall and they made their home near Agency.
Judge was a tobacco farmer most of his life and worked for General Motors and later retired from TWA. He enjoyed playing baseball. coaching, gardening and woodworking.
Judge was a member of the New Market Christian Church where he served as a deacon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister, his sisters, Saralyn Hay and Cathy Shanks, and nephews Mathew Beck and Tanny Shanks.
Judge is survived by his wife, Anita; sons, Shannon Stubbs and his children and Chris Stubbs; grandchildren, Jaycie and Boden; step-son, Craig (Ronda) Boustead; grandson, Nic (Bligh) Boustead; other relatives and many friends.
No services will be held.
Donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
