Jovanna “Jodi” (Huffman) Wells

Jovanna “Jodi” Wells, 54, of Edgerton, MO passed away on July 22, 2014 while surrounded by her family. Jodi was born to Lee and Virginia Huffman in Kansas City, KS on October 8, 1959.

Jodi was preceded in death by her parents and brother Gary Huffman. Jodi is survived by significant other John Harmer, ex-husband Jack Wells and wife Dianna, son Justin Wells and husband Richard, son Josh Wells and wife Kristen, and grandson William. She is also survived by brothers Dennis and wife, Sue; Thomas and wife, Linda; Johnny; James and partner, Patrick; Bruce and wife, Star; Earl and wife, Teresa; Garland; Marlin and wife, Ruth Ann; sisters Sharon Lee; Karen Nelson; Marsha Hendricks and husband, Danny; and dozens of nieces and nephews and their families.

Jodi was wildly devoted to the care of her family and friends, especially her grandson William. Her compassion and love left everyone who knew her better for knowing her.

Visitation will be held at the Claycomo Community Center, Sunday July 27th at 2pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 4pm. Please wear bright colors if attending.
