Joseph Anthony Burgess, Sr

 

Joseph A Burgess, Sr., 53, of Gower, MO formerly of SE Missouri, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013.

 

He was born on October 8, 1959 to William F. and Theresa J. (Caliendo) Burgess in Aurora, Illinois where he grew up and attended school.  Joe was an over the road truck driver, living in various states including Arkansas and Missouri.

 

Joe loved fishing, driving trucks and drinking his coffee.  He was a wonderful father, grandfather, husband and uncle.

 

Joe is survived by wife, Tammy Burgess; children, Michael, William, JJ, Anthony, Alex, Robert, Timothy, Tannara, Scotty, and Kris; several grandchildren; brother, Marti Burgess; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

 

Family will have private services at a later date.
