Johnny Eugene Allen

John Allen, 81, of Trimble, MO passed away, Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at his home.

He was born on April 10, 1931 to John Walter and Effie Elsie (Green ) Allen in Linneus,  MO. He grew up and attended school in Forker, MO and Brookfield, MO.

On June 11, 1965 he was united in marriage to Judith Ann Wade.  After their marriage they lived near Trimble where they made their home.

John worked for Santa Fe Railroad for 25 years, retiring in 1993. He enjoyed Nascar and going out for breakfast.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ernest, Frances, Walter, J.W., and Wayne Allen, and sister, Ruth McClintick.

John is survived by his wife, Judy, of the home; children, Rod Allen and wife Rhonda, Edwards, MO, Roger Allen, Sun City, AZ, Sandy Goad and husband Paul, Trimble, MO; grandchildren, Ryan, Matt, Lindsey, Toby, Janelle, Zach; seven great-grandsons; mother-in-law, Louetta Wade; sisters-in-law, Wilma Allen and Virginia Allen; brother-in-law, Mike Wade; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation:  6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, March 15^th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville.

Inurnment at a later date at Reed Cemetery.
