you were my first baby. I helped take
care of you, until you left to go live in
Missouri with your Dad and brothers. it was 25 years that we didn’t have contact with you, Al or Charlie. After
that we stayed in touch with ya’ll. Kasey and I came out to Missouri and
visited you Al and Charlie. We made a lot of special memories. You will always be in my heart. I love you my sweet brother Johnny.

So many good memories from a guy that adopted me as a friend when I worked for him as a lot porter in high school a long time ago. A chance fortunate meeting in life that brought a rare true friend, for that I have been blessed. The planet lost a good man.

Sorry to hear about John’s sudden passing. Knew him many years from restaurants I worked at. Mainly knew John from Hillside Smithville & Roxannes in Platte City. John was a solemn man a joke from time to time, but always a kind word. My condolences to the family and friends 🧡. Janice E Stottlemyre Hopson
