    To John’s family:
John was a very unique man. I was his supervisor for about a year at the Salvation Army Booth Center in 2014-2015. I will never forget the day we first met..but I knew from that point forward, this man would teach me patience. He had a kind soul and stayed true to his beliefs. He was very dependable and passionate about the work he did with the homeless population..They all knew they would not get anything past him…he was geniune. So very sad to hear of his passing, after, the services were already over. I would have liked to have been there to meet all those family members he was always talking about so fondly, especially his son and his wife..and to tell him goodbye..May Gods blessings be with you all through this time. I will miss him..as I did all his co workers when I left early in 2015..but Ill never forget him..
