I had the pleasure of working with my friend Joe for 23 years. He was a top notch guy. We conversed daily when he or I was at work. Our employer always knew they could depend on him when others including myself would say no. Joe as always stayed until the job was done. That’s the kind of guy he was. Joe had a kind big heart! I will miss our conversations. RIP Bro
