My heartfelt prayers go out to all of you. Jerry was and is the love of my life for sixteen years, that’s why I married him, and why it was worth the fight to try and free him of the disease that took him. I will never regret that; for all the moments when he shook free and was that beautiful knight that I fell in love with, not just my husband but my strength, my confidant, and best friend – and for the greatest gift of all, our daughter, Jade Scarlett. I thank God for every moment – because for over a decade I prayed that God would bring him back to me before one of us left this earth, and he granted me that. And I will forever be grateful. I wish very much that you could have gotten to know me, I hope that we can remedy that and Jade can get to know her “Miles” family, who loves her very much.

    To Jerry, my husband,

My best memories growing up involve Jerry. Whether it was camping at Dad’s farm or cruising the loop at Metro North mall, we always had a blast. It wasn’t very often that you didn’t see a smile on Jerry’s face. I am so sorry for your loss.

I have not spent a lot of time in our adult years but you could not separate us when we were kids, I am really sad to hear Jerry passed but I am also happy because I know where he is now, Jerry was the guy that did not have a mean bone and would always be there if you needed him, love you brother.
