Jeff Nelson Hyatt

Jeff Nelson Hyatt, 40, of Belton, MO passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2013.

 

He was born on April 15, 1973 to Steve Nelson and Sandra Kay (Porter) Hyatt in Kansas City, MO.  Jeff attended Trails West State School and Belton High School.

 

Jeff worked for Beautiful Savior Nursing Home in Belton for over 15 years.  He enjoyed working out at the community center, being at the Senior Center and spending time with friends and family.

 

On November 29, 1998 he was baptized in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Raymore, MO where he has been a member for 15 years.

 

Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilma Hyatt, Christina Porter and John Kay Porter and an uncle, Jerry Hyatt. 

 

He is survived by his parents, Steve and Sandra Hyatt; brother Brian Hyatt and wife Soni; nieces, Christina and Lyndsay Hyatt; grandfather, Roy Hyatt; uncles John Hyatt and Ron Hyatt and wife Jo; several cousins, other relatives and many friends.

 

A gravesisde service will be held Saturday, May 24 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery, rural Gower, MO.  For Directions call 816.424.6481
