I was born & raised for the first 15 years of my life in Rock Port,Missouri. From the first day of Head Start until the last day of 7th grade,I was in the same classroom as him & have thousands of great memories of him!Everybody loved him, from students to teachers! In kindergarten we used to get in trouble together at nap time because as soon as the teacher would leave the room for a few minutes,me,him & several other classmates(you know who you are-lol)would get up from nap & be mischievious & if caught in the act, would have to spend our recess time in the principal’s office. The principal’s name was Mrs.Gruff & I remember her quite well because over the course of my years at Rock Port Elementary School,I spent alot of time in her office-lol-So many memories!!Recess,P.E.Music class, where we would then have a concert at Christmas time every year in the High School Gym.We would get all dressed up & depending on your height(me & Jeff were both short & were usually in the front row)we would then sing Christmas songs for all of the parents.I could go on & on with my memories but I won’t because I know that alot of you have the very same memories. My heart goes out to all of his family & friends!!R.I.P. my childhood friend!!

Dawn and family, I am sad to hear of Jeff’s passing. Jeff was in the class of 1984 RPHS with me and so I have known him since Kindergarten. He was always joking around and could be a little bit of a prankster. He had a big heart and loved his family BIG TIME! He will be missed by many. Bless you, Dee Ann Crews
