Janice Lee (Siebold) Wooten
Janice Wooten, 64, Salina, Kansas, passed away on May 26, 2009 after a long illness.
She was born in Clay Center, Kansas and spent most of her adult life in Smithville, Mo where she worked as a medical transcriptionist at Spelman Hospital. Jan and David traveled as a trucking team for five years. She returned to medical transcription until her retirement at Salina Regional Health Care, Salina, KS.
She is survived by husband, G. David Wooten of the home as well as son’s Jason O’Neal and Susan Armour, Minneapolis, KS, Jonathan and Ronda O’Neal, Odessa, MO, and Scott Wooten, Lathrop, MO; grandchildren Warren O’Neal of the home, Travis O’Neal, Topeka, KS, Marium Ahmed and Torin O’Neal, Odessa, MO, Dakota Wooten, Smithville, MO and sisters Marilyn Mauldin, Salem, OR and Linda (Lucy) Coleman, Smithville, MO, in-law’s Meadrith Hook, Belton, MO, Gerald and Renate Wooten, Kansas City, MO, Ed and Dena Wooten, Liberty, MO, Roger Wooten, Denver, CO, Kenny Wooten, Aloha, OR, and Mary and Steve Cunningham, Hertford, NC. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
No funeral services are planned.
