Jane Ann Stobaugh

Jane Ann Stobaugh, 75, of Gladstone, passed away Sunday February 20, 2005.

She was born on October 10, 1929 to Thomas J. and Nancy L. (Crow) Rule in Smithville, Mo., where she grew and in 1947 graduated from Smithville High School.

On March 20, 1948 she was united in marriage to Lawrence Stobaugh. After their marriage they lived in Kansas City North and in 1967 they moved to Gladstone, where they made their home.

Jane Ann was a long time member of the Smithville First Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and beloved brother, Robert J. Rule.

Jane Ann is survived by her husband, Lawrence of the home, one son, Jay A. Stobaugh and wife, Dodi, Kansas City, Mo., one daughter, Janice K. Hetherington and husband, Alan, Blue Springs, Mo., five grandchildren, Stephen, Patrick, Emma, Kyle and Ashley, a large extended family and many loving friends.

Funeral Service: 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 23rd, at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville
Burial: I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Smithville
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
