I have very fond memories of talking to Jim at the First Baptist Church of Gower when we would come in for Sunday School. He would be sitting in the foyer talking to everyone who came in. Always a smile and a "How are you today?"He and Mary Lou were always willing to talk and discuss events and activities. They both reminded me of my grandparents at their church. In the same way Mary Lou and Jim knew everyone who came in and if they did not they were quick to introduce themselves and anyone else in the close area.I know that the kids and all of the grand kids (great grand kids) will miss him terribly. Mary Lou will still expect to see each and every person in Gower and to feed her family at least weekly. All of you will go on but will never be the same…good for having Jim to share life with and sad to see him go. I know that you all rest in the fact that you will see Jim again in heaven when we all will praise the Lord for ever and ever. What a Joyous day that will be for all of us. Jim has just started his rejoicing early. 🙂
