James Elmer
James Elmer “Biggin” Sellars, 72, of Edgerton, MO passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2007.
He was born on July 15, 1935 to Charlie Ellis Sellars and Catherine Josephine (Smith) Hixson in Edgerton, MO where he grew up and attended school.
On August 1, 1953 he was united in marriage to Betty Jane Baber. After their marriage they lived in Edgerton where they made their home. Betty passed away on September 21, 1990.
Biggin worked for Jefferson Smurfitt in North Kansas City, MO where he retired after 48 years.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and one brother Punk Sellars.
Biggin is survived by one son, Rick Sellars and wife, Becky; one daughter, Marsha Williams and husband, Rusty, all of Edgerton; four grandchildren, Jeff, Jaime, Josh and Chris; four great-grandchildren, Emily, Nick, Alyssa and Taylor; one brother Dallas Sellars and wife, Vicki, Smithville, MO; several nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.
Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 27th at Ridgely Cemetery, Ridgely, MO
