Jacqueline Mae Bryan

 

Jacqueline “Jackie” Mae Bryan, 84, of Platte City, MO passed away June 17, 2015.

 

She
was born on October 3, 1930 to Jack and Judith Holten (Hay) Rowland in Weston,
MO where she grew up and attended school. 

 

Jackie
was united in marriage Thomas Nathan “Tommy” Wallingford.  After their marriage they lived in Platte
City where they made their home.  He
preceded her in death.  On June 5, 1964
she married Joel William Bryan.  After
their marriage they made their home in Platte City.  Joel passed away on June 17, 1999. 

 

Jackie
worked for the City of Platte City where she retired in 1996.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church
of Platte City. 

 

She
was also preceded in death by her parents and brothers Ernest Rowland, Hershel
Rowland, Clarence Rowland and Don Rowland.

 

Jackie
is survived by her children, Tommy Joe Wallingford, Tyler Bryan, Bob Bryan,
Jobeth Frakes, Mike Bryan, May Kelley, and Canda Hunt; many grandchildren and
great-grandchildren; brothers Clyde “Buck” Rowland and Baldy Rowland; sister
Velva Lindsey; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

 

Private
Graveside Services will be held at Platte City Cemetery.
