IRENE L. TUCKER

Irene L. Tucker, 87, of Smithville, Mo., passed away, Sunday, March 26, 2006 at New Mark Care Center.

She was born on February 18, 1919 to Fred W. and Louise (Steffen) Pohlman in Clay County, Kansas and in 1937 graduated from Morganville Kansas High School . In 1988 she moved to Smithville where she made her home.

Irene attended the Smithville Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Raymond Yonally and Roy E. Tucker, four brothers and four sisters.

Irene is survived by her daughter and husband; Donice and Jim Ratliff, Smithville, Mo., step-granddaughter and husband; Robbin and Bob Markowitz, Troy, Ohio and two step-great-granddaughters; Ashleigh and Taylor Markowitz, several nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.

Visitation: 6:00-7:30, Wednesday, March 29th, at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville.
Graveside Service and Burial: 10:00 A.M., Thursday, March 30th, at South Point Cemetery, Orrick, Mo.
