Ira Ernest Blackburn
Ira Ernest Blackburn, 54, of Edgerton, MO passed away Sunday, November 2, 2008 at his home.
He was born on December 31, 1953 to William Virgie and Mary Helen (Anderson) Blackburn in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ira grew up in Pittsburg, KS and the Kansas City area.
Ira was an off road tire man in the area for many years.
He was preceded in death by parents and his sister.
Ira is survived by two sons, Patrick Blackburn, Cedar Rapids, IA, James Harper and wife, Chelsey of the home; daughter, Mary Marie, Cedar Rapids, IA; two grandchildren, Bryson and Gabryelle; one brother, Herschel Anderson, Kansas City, KS, several nieces and nephews including, David Williams, Josh Walker, and Larry Pratt, other relatives and many friends.
Graveside Service: 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 5th at Reed Cemetery, Trimble, MO
