Ima June (Siddens) Asher

Ima June Asher, 88, of St. Joseph, MO passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014.

 

She was born on January 16, 1926 to William Henry and Ruth Evelyn (Reinhart) Siddens in New Hampton, MO where she grew up and graduated High School.     

 

June worked as a seamstress for Lee Company in St. Joseph.  She was a member of the Eagles Club in St. Joseph where she served as past President. 

 

She was preceded by her parents, and husband Charles Asher and brothers Garvin J. Siddens and Billy Joe Siddens;

 

June is survived by her children, Shirley June England and husband James, Carol Ann Ezell, Mary Evelyn Burnett and companion Roy Stemberger, William Kenneth Riley and wife DeAnn, and Richard Lee Riley and wife Sherrie; twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; sisters Mary Jane Vincent and Wilma Jean Cooper; other relatives and many friends.

 

Graveside Service:  10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 9^th at Forest City Cemetery, Forest City, MO
