HELEN R. HEATH

Helen R. (Cockriel) Heath, 91, of Edgerton, MO., passed away, Thursday, January 19, 2006 at Oakridge of Plattsburg..

She was born on July 9, 1914 to Elmer and Hattie (Denney) Cockriel, near Edgerton, Mo., where she grew up and attended school.

On November 22, 1932 she was united in marriage to John L. Heath in Plattsburg. After their marriage, they lived in and around Platte County and in 1964 they moved to Edgerton where they made their home.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John, on January 28, 1994, a son; John Heath, Jr., grandson; Darrell Quinn, granddaughter; Nancy Quinn and four brothers; C.B., Raymond, Carl, and Floyd Cockriel.

She is survived by two daughters; Rosemary Quinn, St. Joseph, Mo., and Judy Collins, Lathrop, Mo., seven grandchildren; Cindy Coleman, Paul Quinn, Daniel Quinn, Patricia Heath, Julie Parrott, Andy Heath, and Brett Shanks, nine great-grandchildren, one brother; Richard Cockriel, Dixon, Mo., one sister; Kay Goucher, O?Fallon, Mo., several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service: 11:00 A.M., Monday, January 23rd at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Edgerton, Mo.
Burial: Ridgely Cemetery

Visitation: 6:00-8:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.
