Heather Nicholas Willey
Heather Lynn Nicholas Willey, 53, of Trimble, MO passed away June 28, 2025.
She was born on February 15, 1972, in Kansas City, MO. Heather grew up in Trimble, MO and in 1990 she graduated from Plattsburg High School where she was a cheerleader, played softball and was in the school plays. Her lifelong dream was to be an actress in Hollywood. Heather later received her CNA Certificate.
Heather worked as a home health nurse and was a waitress. She enjoyed music, going to concerts, garage sales, watching several tv shows including tiny homes, court tv and soap operas. She was an amazing cook. Heather was a wonderful mom, always providing and caring for her three children and most of all she loved spending time with her six grandbabies who knew her as Gamma.
She was preceded in death by grandbaby Gracie Jamerson; her father Vincent Cammisano; and her grandparents Bill and Bernice Nicholas and Lloyd and Lydia Pigg.
Heather is survived by her children Mariah Nicholas, Max Nicholas (Mazeli) and Madyson Willey; grandbabies Maylee Rose Lynn, Vincent Daniel, Isabella Grace, Joey Vincent, Georgia Mae, and Giavanna Violet; her parents Dwaine and Dorothy “Dottie” Pigg; brothers Nick Pigg (Tracy) and Charlie Cammisano (Roxy); sisters Doris Cammisano, Cathy Cammisano and Anna Cammisano; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and many friends.
Visitation: 12:00-1:30 p.m. with Funeral Services at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 6th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home in Smithville, MO
Burial: Stony Point Cemetery, Trimble, MO

Heather was my right hand in running my restaurant Tender Butts & Smokin Thighs bbq in Smithville. She was most definitely one of a kind. She adored her family and her love for those grandbabies was immeasurable. Rest in love Heather. Your light will shine on

In this life, Heather will be missed very much, she brought something special to each and everyone of us. In our own way we will truly miss her. To Mariah, Max, and Madyln we’re very sorry for your loss. Your mom did an wonderful job raising you and I know she was very proud all of you. As aunt Terry, I would encourage you as her children to stay strong and take comfort knowing that you will see her again and remember the wonderful memories that were made together.
