Hazel C. “Nanny” Dupilka

Hazel C. “Nanny” Dupilka, 75, of Smithville, MO passed away Friday June 15, 2007.

She was born on July 17, 1931 to Arthur Edmond and Arlene Edna (Barger) Frost in Newburg, NY. The family then moved to Peekskill, NY where Hazel attended school and graduated from High School.

On June 28, 1953 she was united in marriage to Stephen A. Dupilka. After their marriage they lived in New York.

Hazel is survived by her children, Arlene Herring and husband, Bruce, Smithville, MO, Stephen Dupilka, Auburndale, FL, and Geraldine Darby and husband, Robert, New Port Richey, FL; two grandchildren, Timmy and Jamie Beloff; great-grandson, Jaden; great-granddaughter, Destiny other relatives and many friends.

Memorial Service: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday with visitation from 6:30-7:30 p.m. prior to the service at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville.
