Harold P. Johnson

Harold
P. Johnson, 64 of Trimble, MO passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015.

He
was born on February 12, 1951 to Harold Pender, Sr. and Betty Irene (Hill)
Johnson in Washington D.C.
  He grew up
and attended school in Springfield, MO.

On
August 8, 1980 he was united in marriage to Beverly Jean Woods.
  After their marriage they lived in Trimble
where they made their home.
  His wife,
Beverly, passed away April 2, 2013.

Harold
worked for Jefferson Smurfit in North Kansas City, and retired in 2002.

He
was a member of the Community of Christ in Smithville. Harold was President of
the Forever Young Seniors Group.
  Harold
was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed the Smithville Senior Center
lunches.

Harold
was also preceded in death by his parents, his son Gary Johnson, and sister,
Barbara Hanson.

He
is survived by his children, John Witherspoon and wife Jo Marie, Angela
Johnson, and Johnny Johnson and wife Teresa; grandchildren, Lynsey, Lauren,
Natalie, Noela, and Gary; sister, Darlene Krenshaw; brother William Johnson;
several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
 

The family would like to thank Northcare Hospice House for all their special care.

Funeral
Service:
  11:00 a.m. Friday September 11th  at the Community of Christ in Smithville with
visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.

Burial:  Allen Cemetery, Gower.

Arrangements
Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.

    Dad everyday that goes by i miss you, every time a truck comes down the road I look for you, I know you will never come back here but your presence will forever be felt in my heart. I love you daddy  and forever use what you taught me to make my life better.
