Wanda was a caring, giving person which was reflected in her many many friends. She knew most band members that played at the dances and members of parks from all over the Rio Grande Valley. Many will have to find a new “caretaker” of their keys. She will be missed.

May she rest in peace. One of the first people we met when we went to casa. Kinda took us under her wing. Spoke often and especially through Covid. Will miss her and will think of her often when we think of Texas.
