I knew Victor though our mutual friend Eileen Ratigan, and found him to be a man of great kindness and gentleness. I put him on the phone with Eileen when she. Oils no longer speak and his words of comfort, humor and love were so powerful for her. I am pleased to have his book. His faith was inspirational and he always spoke so lovingly of his family. God bless him always.
