My brother passed on the news to me today. I don't think I had seen Todd since Highs School. We ran track and cross-country together. I remember him singing the Fine Young Cannibal's "She Drives Me Crazy" over and over on long runs. And that hug at the end of the conference mile race my senior year that made the paper. Praying for the Norris family.

I’m saddened to hear of Todd’s passing. He was truly a good friend to everyone who had the pleasure to hang with him for any amount of time. Todd and I met when he was working at Integration Plus and I worked for the state. He had such an amazing gift of caring and compassion for individuals. His sense of humor automatically made you want to spend time around him. Unfortunately we lost touch over the years, but I will recall fondly the meals and laughs we shared together. God Bless you folks.

It is very sad to hear that a great man like Todd is gone. You were indeed a fierce leader and friend. As a former employee of yours we enjoyed working for you because you treated us like friends and colleagues always willing to jump in and help even though you were the boss. That is a rear quality to find in most people especially those in power and you were indeed a unique kind of person. I want to pass my sincerest condolences to the Norris family. Just know that Todd touched many lives out here, he was a great friend and boss. The day I interviewed for the job with Todd is one of the fondest memories I have of him. I remember he walked in casually and started a conversation with me making jokes and all. I had never met him before so I didn’t even know that I was here chatting with the boss until almost 20 minutes of laughter when he introduced himself and started the interview. He was indeed a great man and will be remembered for that. I share this story so that the Norris family can know that he was a gem both at home and at work. Everyone who worked for Todd was made to feel like family, he truly loved and cared for his employees and likewise we loved and appreciated him. I pray that God gives the Norris family peace, comfort and understanding at their time of grief. I’m sincerely sorry for your loss and want you to keep in mind that God loved Todd more that’s why He chose to give him peace and allow him rest. Just line Todd was there for everyone please remember that he will still be there for his family in the after life. Many blessings to the Norris family and may Todd rest in eternal peace!

Rick and I met Todd, Lori, Parker, and his extended family at KC Royals game as we sat behind him in our season tickets. We can attest to Todd's avid love of the Royal games, especially the opening day BBQ celebrations. I will always remember one of Todd's favorite phrases, "Let's go Ryan" when he would cheer on the Royal announcer. We also remember Todd's kindness when our daughter had to quickly move out of Columbia, MO for a job and Todd and crew came to help and get furniture donations for his group homes. Although we lost touch after he gave up Royals tickets to support Parker in her sports adventures, the fond memories remain. You all are in are in our prayers during this time of grief and bereavement.

Todd was a good man. A truly loving husband and father, and who looked after others well. He will be sorely missed, but not forgotten. Lori and Parker, my prayers are for you and with you, and I know you will miss him. But I also know Jesus loves him and loves you both. So hold to both those things. Grieve and remember, hope and pray. And do so together, knowing you arnt alone.

RIP Todd. Todd was a very humble and truly a good person. I am shocked that he is no more, but he left a legacy. My first employment when I came to the US from Kenya was at his group home. He was a true leader, down to earth and never treated anyone different. It did not matter where you came from nor your color. He loved everyone, he loved his family so much, I know his brother who is a police officer that he kept on talking about him I never met him, I know his wife Lori never met her, but I met her mom. Todd hired a lot of Kenyans in her company, he loved us and treated us with utmost respect that I have never seen in any company I have worked at since I left integration. He was loved by many but God loved him more. To the family, so sorry for your loss, hold on to his memories, praying for the entire family and friends. He is in a better place free of pain. RIP our legend.

A limb has fallen from the family tree, and though his body is gone, he lives in you all. His thoughts, wishes, accomplishments, his teaching, wise words, his tallents all carry on by those he touched. God Bless this family. Keep them safe from harm and illness. Calm their hearts in time from grief. Be by their side. Send your angels down to watch over them without them knowing.

Todd was a close friend of mine in high school and I enjoyed seeing him ten years ago at our class reunion. I have SUCH fond memories of Todd, and when I think of him, I am overwhelmed with the fact that he radiated joy. I always wanted to be around Todd. Who wouldn't? He was welcoming, kind and happy--and let's not forget hilarious. So silly. These characteristics (even the silliness, I’m sure!) are a tribute to his parents and assure me that Lori must be an awesome person too since Todd chose her as his companion. I remember feeling so impressed when I got caught up on Todd’s life at the high school reunion ten years ago. It was wonderful to hear of all the ways he was caring for people. I’m remembering as I write this, that I was actually the one who drove him home that night, and now I recall feeling sad when I dropped him off because it was so nice to catch up with an old friend and an exceptional person. Honestly, I didn’t want the conversation to end because I knew these opportunities were rare. I lived (and still do) in another state. When I come home to visit, time is a commodity, and there is never enough to catch up with everyone in my memory bank and heart. I send my compassion to the family and friends who loved Todd and will continue to do so, and I look forward to learning more about his greatness from others. Sincerely, Rachel Grizzel Rue

I worked under Todd for 11 years. He made it easy to stay and continue working there, as in the early years we would laugh until we cried, then we would watch in silence as he played his guitar for us. There are always many ups and downs in the line of work we did, but he always made it a family atmosphere. I’m sad to hear of his passing, he meant a lot to many of us at Integration Plus. Many thanks for several years of work that will leave lasting memories for a life time. Rest peacefully.

I was so saddened to hear of Todd's death. He was always a wonderful presence in our church and had his hand up first when help was requested for anything. He was so loved by so many. Our condolences to his family. We continue to pray for each of them, and are comforted in the knowledge that he is now in the presence of of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
