So sorry, Ron and Shirley were good friends. Rosalee enjoyed working with Shirley at Spelman. Ron and I were in one of the best carpools to Farmland Ind, ever. Great times and visits.

I grew up across the street from Ron and Shirley. I have the fondest memories of Ron as a child. He was such a good man and would always be there to say hi, give me an apple, and even a few times, some homemade ice cream. My prayers go out to the family.

Ron was such a gentle soul, as was Shirley. I got the privilege of getting to know Ron when he was the Kiwanis liaison for the local Cub Scout organization. Sometimes I would just need his signature for something and would spend the better part of an hour just listening and talking with him. Condolences to the family.
