My heart goes out to the family. Neva meant a great deal to me. She and Don were such a help and always willing babysitters (kinda substitute grandparents) for my oldest son. Then when we moved across the state and were trying to figure out whether to tow one of our vehicle or not, they just offered to drive it there for us. So, about a week after the move they brought our car to us and we had a lovely visit. Neva and I have exchanged letters back and forth for several year...actual letters, not emails or texts, and I have enjoyed keeping that connection with her. She had such a good heart and will be greatly missed.
