A coup!e of things that stand out to me when I think of Leonard. I'm a few years older than Leonard and I as kids, Leonard always wanted to be doing what I was doing. I didn't let that slow me down which was often at Leonard's expense. I made the horse run and Leonard fell off breaking his arm. He fell while we were playing and broke his collarbone. But he always came back for more and was ready for whatever adventure or misadventures I could get us into. The other thing that comes to mind is that at one time we lived next door to a family who had a son that used a wheelchair. Despite him being older and much larger, Leonard pushed his wheelchair around town tirelessly for about two years that we lived near them because he wanted the boy to be included and not feel left out. Leonard could be tenacious as all hell and soft hearted at the same time.

My deepest condolence to the Mosby family. I grew up with you all and ran around with you and your mom and dad. It was a lot of fun and he was always happy. I know there are no words to ease your grief but remember the happy times with you dad, Terry, Trevor, and Tara. May you find comfort in knowing he is not in pain and will be shining his love down on you always. May God Bless your family right now! Cindy and Guy Carter

Back in my much younger days, I would often see Leonard in the local bar. My family frequented often too and he always had to tell us the Mosby’s were number 1 and the Bruce’s were number 2. We often teased each other about that. I remember a time out coyote hunting when his truck was sparking from his exhaust falling down. He earned the nickname Sparky after that. Leonard loved to tease and be teased but he had a generous heart. He was a good man.
