The Condolences for

Laurie Marie Farmer

Jean Aden-Olson
Springfield, Illinois

My sympathy to all of the family. God gave me the pleasure of knowing Laurie since she was a small young girl. I had the pleasure of styling her hair and bridesmaids at her wedding in Memphis. I know her family well and love them all so much. Prayers for all❤️🙏

I had the privilege of working alongside Laurie as a PM in KCD while on a temporary assignment within Construction Branch around 2016. As I also have a husband who works for the Corps, I felt a connection with her and was so impressed by her reputation amongst her peers and her resolve to work so effectively even despite her struggle. My heart absolutely aches for Jason and your sweet girls. I pray God envelopes you in comfort and strengthens you to move forward, forever honoring Laurie.

I had the privilege of meeting Laurie while her and Jason were members at Collinsville First Baptist. I was honored that they entrusted me with the care of their oldest daughter, Alice, from the time she was 3 months old until after the age of 3 when they moved to Smithville, MO. Thankfully, I was able to continue to be a part of their lives, including their miracle daughter Maryn. Laurie was truly a treasure and an inspiration to me. My heart breaks for Jason, Alice, Maryn, and Laurie's family and friends. Laurie will be greatly missed, but also treasured and remembered by all.
