So many memories of Marilyn. We first met at New Salem Baptist Church when I shared my Sunday School Quarterly with her. We were 12 years old. There were so many fun years and that was what we talked about a few weeks before she died. We shared old memories. I loved visiting after church on Sundays. We talked about her family dogs King and Duke and her big old sow Myrtle. I didn't like her one little bit. Those were good times. David and Richard I am thinking about you both.

Condolences for your loss, Fred was a good man and is one of a handful of people who really influenced my career in aviation. I worked for him in the late '90s at AirTran after the ValuJet merger. His guidance and help lead me to a new career path that gives me and my family much happiness. Now that I am in my 50s I try to pay what he did for me forward at Southwest. And I remember him talking about antiques and his wife! Glad they had much more time together. With respect, Ken Barone
