The Jackson family was very sorry to hear this news. We were all very fond of Charlie. We all admired his work ethic. He was a kind and fun guy. He cared very much about family. We will truly miss him. He really enjoyed the Pioneer Days Fish Fry. We always situated his special chair so he could see the whole process. I always looked forward to visiting with him. I'm so sorry to hear the passing of Charlie. Through the years I got to know him, Billie and the whole family. He was a great man and one of the finest I have ever met! I remember him calling for concrete. He told me to go the gooseneck. I said Charlie I don't know where that is! He said yes you do, go past the black and white cow and then... I called the office and got directions. RIP Charlie
