My heart goes out to Cathy's family, just want you all to know how influential she was to her many peers in managed care pharmacy and how she made the world a better place by supporting improved and accessible health care for all. On and individual level she was a delight to work with on health economic projects, again always with the best interest of patients at the center of all she did. She will be deeply missed by so many that she has influenced across her career, and her legacy will live on through all the lives she has touched in such a positive way.
