WOW! Bill Palmer was my electronics instructor at Joe Herndon 1982-83. This guy was a character. He made his class a challenge. He made sure each student interacted! Don't fall asleep in class. You get an chalkboard eraser zinged at your head. This man was extremely intelligent. He taught me more than JUST electronics. I will never forget this man. Rest in peace Mr. palmer. We had some good laughs. Thanks for the passing grade. RIP BILL!
