My Condolences to Bob Payne Jr and Penny Payne and Family. My name is Tranique Smith. I used to work taking care of Bob Payne Sr. and Anne Payne. I was let go from the Home care Company but I always called every once in a while to check up on Mrs. Payne. I knew something wasn’t right when I got a disconnect answer on the phone, so I looked Mrs. Payne up and seen she’s in a better place. I just want to say Her and Bob Sr. Will be in my heart forever and I wish I got to say a final goodbye rest peacefully my Angel and Hug Bob Sr. for me. I’m so happy you two are reunited. I’ll cherish memories with u two forever!
