Frances Alice Waters

Frances Alice Waters, 88, of Smithville, MO, formerly of Kansas City, KS, passed away May 18, 2011 at her daughter‘s home in Smithville.

She was born on April 16, 1923, the beloved daughter of Robert and Alice (Pfankuche) Frazier. Frances grew up and attended school in Kansas City, Kansas. Frances lived in Kansas City, Kansas with her son Charles for many years. After her sons death in January 2007, she moved to Smithville, Missouri to live with her daughter, Alice.

Frances was preceded in death by her beloved parents; son, Charles I. James; brothers, George Frazier and Ernie Frazier and nephew, Ernie Frazier, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Alice Olsted, Smithville, MO; two nieces Pat and Gloria; and many friends.

Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday May 20^th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville with visitation 10:30-11:00 a.m. prior to the service
