Eva Pflugradt
Eva Pflugradt, 91, of Easton, MO passed away, January 14, 2024 and is now dancing in heaven with her honey.
She was born on September 1, 1932 to Tim and Tilly Conlin in Newburgh, New York.
On September 12, 1948 she was united in marriage to the one and only man, Henry E. Pflugradt, Sr at Stuart Fields Air Base in New York in 1948. They then moved to Missouri where they have always lived. Eva raised eight kids while Henry was an over the road trucker gone for 1-2 weeks at a time. Eva didn’t drive until after Henry was born. She often remembered events by what kid she was packing/pregnant with or when one of the kids were a baby. Eva had a sixth sense and shared that often with Sherry and a few of the other kids and you know who you and are be blessed with this. She was a hard-working woman who never complained and just wanted to live long enough to raise her kids! Eva said the world is a wonderful place you just have to adjust!
Eva was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Henry; daughter, Sherry Lyons; son, Jerry Pflugradt; grandson, Kyle; brothers, Virgil and John Conlin; and sister, Arbutus Conlin.
She is survived by her children, Jim (Pam) Pflugradt; Sandy Pflugradt; John (Kathy) Pflugradt; Sue (Ed) McDowell; Joe (Sharon) Pflugradt; Henry (Lisa) Pflugradt; son-in-law, Leroy Lyons; daughter-in-law, Kim Pflugradt; ninety-one grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Joe (Sharon) Pflugradt; her cats, Rascal and Diesel; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation: 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 17th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 18th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home in Gower.
Burial: St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
