Mickey Riley, 89, of Gower, MO passed away, June 25, 2019.

She was born on August 29, 1929 to Thomas Drewit and Emma Loveda (Lowe) Nowlin in Laurel, MS. Mickey grew up in Laurel where she graduated high school.

Mickey lived in Kansas City and moved to Gower in 1979 where she made her home.

Mickey was travel coordinator for Trailway Bus Company for several years. After moving to Gower, she owned and operated Action Auction, Sam’s Café, an Arcade and Repeat Boutique.Mickey enjoyed garage sales, and most of all spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Deloris “Dee” Dehm; brothers George Nowlin and Robert “Buddy” Nowlin; husbands, John W. Hansbrough and Don Riley; and son, Tom Hansbrough.

Mickey is survived by her loving companion, John Johnson; children, Emily Kay Criswell and husband Terry, Lindy VanDeBerghe and husband Gary; John Hansbrough and wife Julie; daughter-in-law Carolann Hansbrough; grandchildren, Kim Cobleigh, JR Powell, Cassidy (Jeff) Lowry, Bradie Ramirez, Heather (Stephan) Shannon, Hillary VanDeBerghe, Jarod Week, Andrea (Jeff) Kennedy, Allie (Colton) Lee; great-grandchildren, Skylar, Shane, Kaia, Kaane, Brittany (Zane), Mason, Beau, Josie, McKinlee, Calvin, Savanna, Bella, Nora, Cooper, Annie, Alexis, Elainya, and Rafe; great-great-granddaughter, Vivian; sisters, Charlotte White and Nelda Jewell; brother, Danny Nowlin; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Mickey was dearly loved and will be missed by all.

Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 29th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Inurnment: Allen Cemetery, Gower, MO.
