Mary Stubbs, 94, of Smithville, MO passed away, July 24, 2019.

She was born on January 20, 1925 to Albert James and Martha (Krasnicki) Karis in Minersville, Pennsylvania and grew up in Southern California. 

 On February 2, 1946 she was united in marriage to Donald Stubbs in Southern California. After their marriage they raised their family in southern California and later moved to the Kansas City area. In 1999 they moved to Smithville. Her husband, Donald, passed away on September 3, 2012.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, sister, Josephine Miller, two brothers, James Albert Karis and Albert James Karis, an infant sister, an infant son, Bradley Don Stubbs, son David L. Stubbs.

Mary is survived by her son, Donald Stubbs and wife Cindy, Murrieta, CA; daughters, Carol Broderick and husband Bren, Smithville, MO and Diane Ferra and husband Mike, Chino Hills, CA; grandchildren, Michael Ferra, Donna Rizo, Nic Allen, Jesse Allen, Joey Stubbs, Lindsay Sher; nine great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.

Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 31st at Camden Point Cemetery.
