Desi Davis, 68, of Edgerton, MO passed away October 15, 2021.

She was born October 4, 1953 to Charles Austin and Lettie Jo (King) Rector in Smithville, MO. Desi grew up in Paradise, MO, Sunnyvale, CA and graduated from high school in Valley Center, KS.

On January 11, 1985 she was united in marriage to Michael Davis. After their marriage they lived in Edgerton where they made their home.  Her husband preceded her in death on November 28, 2016.

She was a member of Community of Christ in Smithville. Desi loved more than anything her home and family..…..and Christmas. Desi was very creative, she loved art and music. She loved to create joy with art. 

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her daughters, Stacy (Tim) Matthews, Rebekah Miller and Harold Goad, and Megan Davis and Brian Rogers, and Michelle Hensley; nine grandchildren, Amy, Molly, Wyatt, Brandon, Haven, Ariana, Dakota, Thomas, Abby, Matthew, and Shae; great-grandchildren, Melina and Reilly; brother, Mark (Lori) Braden; nephew, Blake; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 20th at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Trimble MO
