It is with deepest sympathy that I write these words to Jim, Trona and Jason. Justin was so kind and thoughtful. I use to love when he came into Packs as he was so fun to talk to. He was good at his job and knew a lot. I remember one time a friend of mine was desperate on a hot Sunday afternoon to get her AC fixed that went out. She called and Justin was there quickly. Had it up and running in no time. God bless you all as you navigate through these difficult times . Justin will be missed greatly. God bless you all.

It was a very heavy heart I type this. The word “in-shock” doesn’t begin to convey my thoughts and feelings. Trona, Jim and Jason I’m very sorry for your loss! I spoke with Justin often and we spoke on a wide range of topics. Of course mostly HVAC but many others as well. Customers, business, politics, this country, this world and what it all really means. I will miss speaking with him and hearing the latest “you’re not going to believe this” tale. Justin was a kind soul, innocent in nature and a very likable person. He left us all far, far too soon. May the grace of God provide the family comfort in this, the most horrific of days.

Jim and Trona you have my heartfelt condolences. I am grieving with you as this event has opened up so many past memories from when I lost my own son. Trust me when I say I know what your going through and can still feel the pain tugging at my heart as your feeling your. The days ahead will leave you seeking comfort. I found mine in the hugs from friends and the word of God.
Of all the conversations I ever had with Justin the only ones I truly remember are the ones where he made me laugh. He was always looking for the lighter side of a conversation

It’s hard to put feelings into words, but here goes. I still remember all the good times we had growing up on Lake Waukomis. Riding our bikes to each other’s parents’ houses, playing on the same baseball team, and paintballing in the woods. Your family decided to move to Smithville several years later. After the move, we parted ways due to us not being able to drive. Who knew roughly 20 years later I would be picking up lunch with my wife and run into you. The next 4 years were a wild ride. It started off with you attending my wedding, we went on a couple of 8-mile float trips, and a Nascar race. It was an honor being by your side in Mexico at your brothers’ bachelors party and sitting by your side as best men at your brother’s wedding. You are a great friend who always put others first. I am so glad you were in my life and my wife and kids got to meet you. You are missed, but I will never forget one moment we spent together. I love you bro. SXS
