Ethel Clark, 107, of Smithville, MO passed away Monday, January 28, 2019.

She was born on July 27, 1911 to Andrew Jackson and Mary Ann (Green) Huntley in Palo, Iowa. Ethel grew in the Lawson area.

On April 16, 1927 she was united in marriage to Edward Clark. After their marriage they lived in St. Joseph, Savannah, and moved to Smithville where they made their home. Her husband, Edward, preceded her in death in 1980.

Ethel was a member of the First Baptist Church in Smithville.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, son Earl Clark; daughter Nellie Mae Bogart; her niece and nephew, who she raised, Don Haley and Thelma Karns; brothers, Ira, Mart, Clifford and Obbie Huntley; sisters, Lydia Tester, Myrtle Schalipp and Mary Halferty; and grandson Randy Bogart.

She is survived by grandchildren, Ron Bogart, Ricky Bogart Robin Bogart, Rusty Bogart, Gaby Lizar, and Ela Kelsey; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and great-great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 1st at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Burial: Antioch Cemetery, Holt, MO.
