I just learned of Danette’s passing today, and while reading her obituary, about her sister Deana’s passing as well. I am shocked, and grief stricken to have learned this. Although, I only briefly knew them, through their positive attitudes, and caring, loving spirits, they were both a light to myself, and others in this cruel world.
Lou, I am so sorry for this immense loss in your life. No parent should ever have to bury their precious child, let alone two. I know how much you loved Danette and Deana with your whole heart, mind, and soul, and lived your life with one purpose, to give them the best life you possibly could, and to be there for them whenever they needed you. You were a loving role model, and Mother. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

    Danette,

You were a shining light at the Williamsburg McDonalds. It’s been many years since those days of serving burgers and fries but I still have fond memories of you.

    You’ll be missed.
