Elizabeth F. (Baber) Decker
Elizabeth F. Decker, 97, of Edgerton, MO., passed away, Thursday, January 31, 2008.
She was born on August 21, 1910 to Arthur T. and Hattie W. (Pullins) Baber in Edgerton, MO where she grew up and in 1927 graduated from Edgerton High School.
In 1928 she was united in marriage to Floyd A. Decker. After their marriage they farmed near Edgerton. Her husband, Floyd, passed away, January 30, 1967.
Elizabeth worked at Wells Store in Edgerton for many years and took care of Marjorie “Tick” Boydston and her mother.
She was a member of the Edgerton United Methodist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, a brother A.T. Baber and a great-nephew, Randy Boswell.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Frances Baber, Overland Park, KS, nieces Kathleen Clark and Virginia Boswell and husband Buddy, great-nieces, SuLin, Penni and Kandi and special friend Barbara Shafer.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 5th, at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Edgerton, Mo.
BURIAL: Ridgely Cemetery
