Douglas L. “Poncho” Propes
Douglas L. “Poncho” Propes, 57, of Stanberry, MO formerly of Bolckow, MO and Easton, MO passed away November 18, 2019 at his home.
He was born on June 4, 1962 in King City, MO and he served his country in the U.S. Army. Doug worked in construction for St. Joe Fuel and Oil for many years. He was a hard worker, enjoyed tinkering on cars and remolding his house. Doug was a big hearted loving guy who loved family gatherings and spending time with his family and friends.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents Derrell Lee and Ermel (Wales) Propes, sisters Debby Raines, Dea Atkins and brother David Propes.
He is survived by his wife Aimee Propes, one daughter; two sons, two step-sons; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; brother Donnie (Wanda) Propes; sister Dovie (Marcus) Smith; other relatives and many friends.
Graveside Inurnment will be held at a later date at Bolckow Cemetery.
